Order in Advance: Freeze and Savor Later!
We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes planning ahead might be a challenge. But fret not! Our cheesecakes are expertly crafted to retain their delectable taste and texture even after freezing.
Fun fact: our cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months without compromising flavor or texture!
For those of you planning special events or celebrations in the future, consider ordering in advance. Place your order, select a delivery date with plenty of time before your event, and freeze the cheesecake upon arrival. Thaw it gently in the refrigerator before serving, and you'll still get to enjoy the unparalleled taste and creaminess that our cheesecakes are known for.
Possible Limitations:
While we strive to accommodate every customer's preferred delivery date, we would like to be transparent about the limitations that we occasionally face.
Lead Time: Lilac & Crème offers same day delivery and pickup options for our local customers. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before noon.
For orders that require UPS shipping, we offer overnight shipping. To receive your order by the next day, orders must be placed before 12 pm EST. All orders placed for next day delivery after 12 PM will ship the following day.
Delivery Areas: Lilac & Crème cakes travel far and wide, well, all across the U.S. anyway:) From coast to coast, savor the creamy goodness that has captured hearts and tempted palates.
Please note: we are unable to ship orders to addresses outside the United States due to customs regulations
Peak Seasons: During our peak seasons or holidays, we experience a surge in order volume, making it impossible to accommodate last minute orders or custom requests. To manage the high order volume effectively, Lilac & Crème offers estimated delivery time frames during our peak seasons. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, rest assured, we meticulously plan our operations to fulfill orders within the estimated time frames.
