Shipping Method and Carrier:
To ensure the freshness and quality of our cheesecakes, we exclusively use UPS overnight shipping for all our shipments. Overnight shipping allows us to maintain the optimal temperature control during transit, preserving the delightful flavors of our products.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging:
Your cheesecake order will be packaged in temperature-controlled packaging. This packaging is designed to maintain the ideal temperature during transportation, ensuring that your cheesecake arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
Choosing a Delivery Date:
When placing your order, you will have the option to select a preferred delivery date. Kindly be aware that although we make every effort to accommodate delivery date preferences, Lilac & Crème cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we encourage you to select a preferred date of delivery when placing your order. This allows us to prioritize and plan accordingly. However, please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances, may affect the delivery date.
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend scheduling your delivery date with ample time, considering possible delays that may occur during the shipping process.
Lilac & Crème cakes can be frozen for up to six months without compromising their flavor or texture. This allows you to plan ahead and enjoy our delicious treats at your convenience.
Cutoff Times for Overnight Shipping:
Please place your order before 12 PM EST for Overnight Delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the following business day.
Thursday cutoff for weekend delivery: to receive your order before the weekend, please place your order by 12 PM EST on Thursday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following week.
Please note that UPS orders scheduled for Monday delivery will ship out Monday and arrive Tuesday.

All local deliveries are delivered between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Orders with delivery addresses outside of our local delivery zones are shipped via UPS overnight shipping.
Non-local delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery zip code.
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we are unable to offer alternative shipping methods.
