During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience exceptionally high order volume. While we do everything on our end to prepare, pack, and ship orders on time, delivery timelines ultimately depend on UPS once a package leaves our facility.
We offer UPS Overnight shipping for holiday orders; however, UPS does not guarantee overnight delivery during peak holiday periods (November 28th - January 5th). This means that, although most packages do arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier volume, weather, or logistical congestion.

Orders are prepared with care and shipped on time according to the selected shipping method
Packages are handed off to UPS promptly and with accurate delivery information
We monitor shipments and provide tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way
What to be aware of:
UPS Overnight delivery is not guaranteed during the holiday season
Once an order is in transit, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier
In the event of a carrier delay, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on late delivery
By placing an order with a delivery date during this time frame, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of carrier delays. We always recommend placing orders as early as possible during the holiday season to allow for buffer time and peace of mind.
